WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Guests will each get to choose their own stencil design and the size of their board or pillow color. Everyone can choose something different! Our parties include the wood or pillow, paint, stain, paint brushes/tools, protective aprons and sawtooth hanger. Everyone will go home happy with their ready to hang artwork or ready to display pillow, while you leave the cleaning to us!

STUDIO WORKSHOPS / PRIVATE BOOKINGS
We are excited to offer workshops and private bookings in our home-based studio located in River Park South. You can contact us to book a private party for your group or grab a friend and attend one of our open workshops. Feel free to bring your favourite beverage and snacks to complete your night-out! We will provide wine glasses, plates and napkins.

TIME FRAME
Parties typically take about 2.5-3 hours from start to finish.
​
Please ensure you arrive on time as these sessions are not a “drop-in” event. It works best if everyone is working on the same task/level of the project when directions are explained.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of guests required will vary depending on the project size, dates and availability. We could even accommodate a group as small as 2! Please contact us for more details.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS INVOLVED IN BOOKING A PARTY?
​
If you are organizing a private booking, you will need to reserve a time and date for your party with FONTastique Creations. This can be done via email fontastique@shaw.ca
​
Each guest will choose and pay for their own design.
We have a large selection of designs available.
We will ask for pre-payment from each guest.
Once payment has been received, the guest’s spot will be reserved and their stencil will then be cut.

STENCIL DESIGNS
Our special stencils are all one-time use and will be ready for you to paint on your wood sign or pillow. We have a large selection of designs to choose from. Please browse all our categories on our DESIGNS section or click here. Most 12x12 designs will work on pillows, but we will confirm with you before finalizing your selection.
PRICING
All pricing includes your wood or pillow, stain, paints, painting tools and your one-time use stencil. We have a few different wood sign sizes to choose from but the most popular sizes are 12”x12” and 12”x24”. (not framed) Please click on the design you are interested in to see it's price based on the design and wood size. You will find the pillow pricing on the PILLOWS page. Most 12x12 designs will work on pillows, but we will confirm with you before finalizing your selection. (Please note wood sizes are approximate)

PERSONALIZED DESIGNS
We do offer certain existing designs to be personalized with family names (etc.) for an additional charge. We have discontinued any, starting from scratch, custom designs. We are confident you will be able to find something you like from our hundreds of designs featured.
PAYMENTS
We will require PRE-PAYMENT from each guest upon finalizing the stencil design. Once payment is received, your order is confirmed and your spot is reserved!
Payments can be made via Interact E-transfer. You will be guided at checkout once you've chosen your design. Please use fontastique@shaw.ca as the email address to send your payment

No items will actually be shipped. Everyone will paint and take home their own sign or pillow.
​
Please note, once a payment is made there will be no refunds should someone cancel, but the amount paid can be applied to a future party date which can be mutually agreed upon.

​
DEADLINES
In order to be ready for your party, we typically have a “cut off” date for finalizing sign orders. There is a great deal of work involved in the cutting and sanding of the wood along with designing and cutting each non-reusable/one-time use only stencil.
Orders that come after the deadline are subject to a $15 "late fee". Thank you for understanding this very important deadline.

PHOTOS
Please be advised photos will be taken during parties and posted to Social Media. Please advise if any individual would prefer not to be included in any of the photos.
