Jocelyn House Hospice - Wood Sign TAKE HOME KITS Fundraiser

• DELIVERY DATES:  Wed. December 9 and Saturday December 12 (You will be contacted prior to delivery confirming your delivery date and approximate times).

Please join us to help raise funds and have fun doing it!  Anyone regardless of skill will create a beautiful and unique sign that you will be proud to hang in your home or give to someone special.

HOW THIS FUNDRAISER WORKS

Due to Covid, we unfortunately cannot hold a group event, therefore we will prepare a wood sign take home kit for each of you.

You will get to choose your deisgn, stain and 2 paint colours for your design.  Once we receive your order, your kits will be prepared and volunteers from the offices of J1S Electrical Service, will offer 2 days to deliver kits to your homes (within city limits).  If you could group your kits with family or friends for easy delivery, please advise who is within your group.   (if you are not available on those 2 delivery dates, then you can arrange for your own pick-up in South end)

STEPS FOR PARTICIPATING

1. Pick which ticket (stencil design) you would like prepared for you.  It will ask for your stain, paints, name, delivery address and if you can group a delivery.
2. Pay via E-Transfer (details below)
3. Kits will then be prepared and delivered
4. A reminder email will be sent a few days before delivery

PRICING 

For this fundraiser, each kit costs $50 and $10 from each kit sold will be donated to Jocelyn House Hospice. In the spirit of the holidays J1S Electrical will match the $10 resulting in a $20 gift to the hospice from each sign sold!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR KIT? 

• Cut, sanded and pre-stained wood board (approximate wood size 11.5" x 11.5")
• Your choice of 2 paint colors and applicators/tools 
• One time use stencil
• Step by step printed instructions with photos
• Private link to You Tube video tutorial showing all the steps
• Sawtooth hanger (with template)

 What you will need:

• Needle/pushpin/safety pin to help lift off stencil once dry
• Masking/painter's tape (you may or may not need this depending on your design) 

HOW DO I ORDER

You need to choose your stencil and purchase the matching ticket online.

You have your choice of 20 designs. Once you know which stencil you want prepared for your kit, you can proceed to BUY THE MATCHING TICKET for your design choice.  Please also have your stain and paint choices ready as you will need to fill information when ordering.  

You can see the stain and paint sample board beside all the stencil options.  

TIP TO KEEP IN MIND:   Try to pick paint colours that has alot of contrast to your base stain so the wording pops!  The sample board shows you how your paint colour will appear on the stain you choose.

PAYMENT 

Sorry we do not accept credit cards. You will not be automatically charged after you place your online order.  Payments will need to be made manually via E-TRANSFER. 

Please use fontastique@shaw.ca as the email address for your E-Transfer.   Once we receive payment and your design choice, your stencil will be cut and your kit will be prepared.
